Virtuino Cloud provides an IoT platform for data monitoring, device management, and remote control. Services are provided based on the subscription plan selected (Hobby, Starter, Pro, Expert).
Payments are processed securely via our payment providers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the recurring billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions if the service does not meet your technical requirements. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
Your data is yours. We do not sell your sensor data to third parties. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your account and information.
Virtuino Cloud is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss or hardware damage resulting from the use of our IoT platform in critical or industrial environments without proper redundant systems.
